Those Pulley Bolts come out Rather easy with a 1/2" Air Impact Wrench.

this sounds to me like you moved the crank around a little when removing your Belt and the Head is not Timed.

Did you get a new bolt and are you using the same Tensioner? Or did you use the same bolt and some Tensioner?
Did you put your Old Belt on? or did you get a Belt for a z6?
