Default AWESOME detail job

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=141365

one of the after shots looks like the car is camoflauged. kind of like metal gear solid camo....haha. i meant that toward pata.

as good as that came out, do you think it would be worth it, or just get a new paint job?

i detailed cars for 4 years it looks good but that is not necessary to do to make a car shine like that IMHO waste of time and money u could do that same work for half the cost and half the time

they wet sanded a brand new BMW thats not necessary all u would have to do is buff it with a Rubbing Compound and it would give u the same results

ofcourse a clay bar treatment and good wash its needed like they did

yeah man, thats solid snakes car right there.

theres areas here and there on my car, and i was wanting to do something like that since i didnt want to pay for painting. but this looks just as much as painting with all that labor time in it. i might as well wait on getting a paintjob then

i wash my car like every day...really. lol. i have a clay bar that came with a special spray solution to rub the clay bar over the car, but i never get anything out of this really. theres a couple orange peel looks too. im too afraid to wet-sand my car though.

the spray solution is garbage just use water put it in a spray bottle and works like a charm

Just go out and get some Cherry Compound Wax get a buffer 3 spd i recommend....Get some buffing pads and go at it.If u do not now how to buff a car i wouldn't recommend just going out there and trying cause u will end up ruining ur paint practice first im sure there are some DIY on youtube on how to buff a car and after buffing which will take up most of ur day if u knock ur car out in less then 2 hours u dident do it right after so wash car agian repeat wax and then wipe off and u should have a Mirror shine i wash my car bout twice a week and clay bout once a month u dont need to clay often cause a clay bar is like a very very fine sandpaper and wax once a month as well this goes for paint only if u get Cf in da future its once every 2 weeks all and all should take bout 4 5 hours for exterior only depending on the person me it takes a little longer. Take me 2 hours to wash my car each time i do....
