Default my first compression test!

went over to buddie's earlier tonight(earlrier tonight i mean friday around 11;30) lol an performed my first comp test, i'm not sure how other systems are perfomed(er..devices) but this one needed to cycle 5 time's(feel free to give feedback on this) but, here's my number's in cyl. firing order(1-4)

115-118-120-120......first time we did 1, it measured in at 105, and first time we did 2 it measured in at 115.
Not exactly sire as to what or where these numbers are sposed to be at, the lil book said that mostly all gas engine's should be around the 105-120 area. I'm pretty stoked that they were all around the same ball park, especially since the motor an trans has about 200k, not yat, but gettin real close.

so ya.....feedback?
oh ya, the motor's a f22b2, not sure if it's gonna be different than the b, or d series that most ya guy's are running, so i thought i'd throw that out there

those seem low to me. 105 - to 120 is the normal levels for a f22b?

when we did mine back in january mine were as follows...

1.) 170
2.) 165
3.) 165
4.) 175

105-120 is extremely low seeing as how the normal minimum is 135psi, and the max variation between cylinders is 30psi or so. That engine when it walked off the factory line should have been right around the standard 175ish psi area.

If you can do it one more time, try having the Throttle open.

Last compression I did on a Civic was 170

I'm just saying. Maybe you'll get a higher reading?

These were my results on my f22a1. i referenced cb7tuner.com to see if the results were normal.

No.

My Cousin was under the Hood handling the Gauges while I was Cranking holding the gas pedal in.
