thanks. yeah i have plenty of people trying to race me lately. i guess they see my car, and itty bitty ex exhaust, and like, "ahh hes nothing" then they lose. lol.

well they do feel better than the other tires. part of the problem still remains. it feels smoother at high speeds, and its quieter, but the part at high rpms still shakes the dash like crazy. so i guess i will take it to the shop tomorrow since i got my tires on. they said they cant do nothing til i atleast get new tires so they can see if the new tires fixed it.

Yea the Azenis are very quiet, but they pick up rocks like crazy. I love em.

lol. havent had rocks yet. these azenis arent the ones they were suppose to order. they ordered the st-115 azenis, and then these came in. and since its been like 2-3 weeks, i didnt want to wait any longer so i can figure out whats going on with my car. i really think its the axles. its almost like a wheel hop type of thing, but not when im in higher gears at high rpms. i dont think it would wheel hop at those speeds. so it wheel be in the shop tomorrow.

well i took it in, and we put it on the lift with me in it going through gears so the guy can stand underneath it and see whats going on. he said it looks like my left axle isnt spinning right. instead of it going in a spiral like it should, the bar goes in a slight circular motion. so one of their "experts" i guess who can determine things better is going to have a look thursday. i may need to just rebuild the axle, or get a new one. dont know yet. i know the new one is my best choice.

haha yeah. i ordered a k20a3 (02-05 SI/RSX base model 5 spd) i think people like to test my patience, knowing my schedule aint too great, so i dont want to wait too long, especially when i have something wrong with the car and want it fixed ASAP. so they order wrong crap, then i say "oh well, might as well take it because i cant wait too long".

Yea that's the trouble when it's your daily driver. I'd say replace the axle, rebuilding it seems like you'll just run into more trouble later.

i want to just get a new and a strong one, and i searched for kswap axles, and the level zero ones are like $350. i wonder if autozone carries stuff like that. plus id have to figure what exact car model axles i have on my car are so i can ask them if they do have them
