Default Helllooooo

its been a while. been a little busy.
whats new?...hmm. you could check the hondashowoff page in the mods list. i will try to update tomorrow with a couple pics.
i will mention i have cams though =) i was going to get k20z1 (05-06 RSX-S) cams since they're similar to the type-r k20a in specs, but k20a cams are still better. but with more research, and comparison tests, the 06-08 Acura TSX cams are the most aggressive K-series OEM cams, and give you a little more max horsepower and torque, and also, much more torque in lower RPMS. which is what i really wanted.

not sure what pic to pick of the "above motor view". guess i will show both

there my hytech tri y replica header. if you all remember my oil pan clearance before, you can see how much higher it is now in the 2nd pic. my friend made me a 3" diameter intake also.

you can see how much higher my motor sits now.

the header came polished, then after getting hot, and for a couple weeks, it had this nice gold color. wish it still looked goldish. =(

yeah, i like how much it stands out now. the new motor mounts made it look more beast. also gave more clearance from my radiator. before, it was hitting the radiator.

well, there are 2 holes on each mount. bottom and top. i have it set on the top for the side mounts, and the bottom hole for the rear mount. that header kept hitting the top of the exhaust tunnel. im not sure if the strut bar would fit if i had it on the bottom setting, but the motor was also pushed further back

lol. well my friend and i might actually do a small tuck with the wireing harness and headlight wires that go around the strut towers, and a couple small hoses here and there. nothing major, but id expect the ones to the sides to make a nice difference.

lo. i thought someone might say something like that. honestly, it doesnt look like a mess in person. alot of people i know, that i allowed to see under my hood, say its very clean without a tuck.i dont know why that stands out so much, and all the rock chips on my bumper, lip, and hood dont.

sweethonda beat me to the punch. Wire tuck. Lines too. Get a inline fuel filter. That wire from your fuse box to the front is really getting to me.

You know what? I'm out of this thread...

lol. what you mean out of this thread? i will get to all that stuff eventually. i want to get a 3" mandrel bent exhaust from kteller, and switch to a 3" Apexi WS2 muffler. the apexi i have now is very restrictive.

this is what i was about to do

it almost happened. kept talking to the guy for a while, and almost sent the money, but i knew i would need the EP3 (02-05 Si hatch) supercharger if i were to keep my old mounts. and then i found out that i would have to cut a piece of my passenger headlight off for the blower pulley to have room, and i didnt want to do that. so i have EKK2 mounts, and more room to make it like this. you can notice the supercharger is mounted differently than the EP3 one up above. it also flows better than the k20a3 version.

got a PM the other day from someone local, saying he might sell his JRSC with everything he had to make 330whp. like different pullies and whatever else i need to make it run. but i know i need to switch to a 3" exhaust before anything.....unless the deal on the blower is good enough, i might get the blower first. i was only aiming for 270-280whp anyways.

i know. ive been doing good, and saving up ALOT. but i am trying to get this brand new, never used Apexi WS2 muffler a guy is selling locally. i know its the same one i have already, but its the 3" version. and its basically like im not paying for it since someone owes me money, and its been a while since i got paid back from him. so i figured i would use it for the muffler. next will be the Kteller 3" piping, and i guess a 14" resonator, or maybe 18". im not sure. i do want it to be quiet though. i just need that so im not being robbed of my power anymore. with the stock cams, it only made 215whp because of my little 2.36" exhaust. but as always. i will keep you guys updated.
