Default 7th Gen Overheating

I have a 7th gen civic with a D17 motor in it and it keeps overheating.. I almost have a whole new cooling system. Got a brand new radiator, thermostat, a few new hoses, and i keep blowing the seals on my radiator caps. What might be wrong? I cant figure it out. Someone told my my water pump might be faulty but I dont know what to think. Any suggestions?

Im at about 87k.
I got it in my garage looking at it now and i had the radiator cap off and started it and my anti freeze is flowing fine, but i was also really low, I just filled it up last week. I didnt have any puddles or any leaks or anything. I was thinking maybe the head gasket.

Just throwing this out there, but would extra. Or any air pockets in the system cause extra pressure an wit no where blow out the seal on the cap?

it prob head gasket even tho your oil and water look fine you still could be leaking from a water jacket in your head so you would burn the water you are loosing. hate to shit on your parade but that is most likely it. you see water flowing, no oil in water, no water in oil. prob head. sorry
