Default helpy :(

is there anything on the B-series or other non-K motors like this? this nozzle thingy isnt on my RBC like it should have came, and it doesnt seem to come off from my stock PRB manifold, so i could just replace it.

if theres somehting like that on the other motors, have any of you been able to take it off, or tried?

and here it shows how i dont have one for my RBC

it goes to the brake booster hose

nah. they're both USDM manifolds. the RBC should have had that nozzle thing, but the guy i got it from, gave me one without it. honda doesnt sell it separate. id have to buy another manifold from an 06+ Si

they're not interchangable from any other intake manifolds like off a D16z6, D16y8, B16a, B18c? Why not just yank one off them?

im not sure how to take it off. theres no threads, so its not unscrewable. i took a vise grip and tried what i could with it. tok a rubber mallet to it also. nothing happens, except it got bent a little. im guessing im going to have to find something else thats the same size fitting, so i can feed my brake booster hose through that.

well i got it off after alot of work. now im having to mount my IACV the opposite direction, since the plug hits my radiator fan. im basically done. just waiting on my TB gasket from Acura, and a vacuum hose and thats it. i still need to wire my RDX injectors since the plugs are different. i cant wait. then its off to a new dyno tune. i have a feeling i wont make what i want since i have a DC "swap" header.

well DC is just a "swap" header for the k-swaps, just to get the swap done. doesnt give you much power really. theres also a DC race header, but i went the low budget route when having the swap done. theres other headers seeing about 10+whp over the dc swap header. im hoping for 210whp at the LEAST. ive seen people with their RSX-S, Hytech header, some kind of intake (probably a 3" diameter), RBC manifold, and stock exhaust tuned on Kpro making 215whp.

all i have is my old singlecam intake cut in half to fit in my engine bay(not sure of diameter) and DC swap header, and WS2 exhaust, RBC, tuned on Kpro. something just tells me i wont make 210whp :/

but i wish acura would call me and tell me my gasket is in. i want to finish putting it all together

yeah, that header looks good maybe. atleast it looks thicker than my DC. i might need a 4-1 instead of 4-2-1. but im thinking of having a custom intake made now.

got my gasket and vacuum hose. now i can finish the whole RBC swap.

ran into this problem, so i have to figure out what to use in place of it. the guy i got this stupid manifold from gave it to me without this metal pipe that sticks out the hole in the picture, where the vacuum hose goes onto. ontop of that, the hole was gauged out around the top edge, and i cant fit the pipe i used from my stock manifold onto it. safjsnfknhfasjfnj. im soo mad.

another problem. ive been trying to find a fitting for my fuel hoses that go into the fuel rail. the hose goes into the stock fuel rail, but not this. i think i need a -8 fitting with a -6 for the hose (i think)

this might be what you need: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...4245&viewitem=

for the gouged out hole you will probably have to use a plastic barbed fitting with an o-ring. since it is a vacuum fitting it shouldn't pop out if you jam it in there pretty good.
