Default Drivers side window not sealing

The drivers side window on my civic isnt sealing, no matter how tight it is rolled up theres still a tiny gap. I can feel the air coming in and can hear it when going 70+ km/h. any ideas on how to fix this

Most likely the window regulator, I had the same problem on the driver side of my Civic and the window would also fall off track sometimes. Replaced the window regulator and the problem was solved.

Are these power or manual windows?

Yeah, my wouldn't seal on the top either, about a 1/8" or so gap that you could see from the outside. It wouldn't leak water but the wind noise drove me nuts. Take a look at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...y5=DOOR+WINDOW

#1 pic is what I'm talking about. This was for my car not sure what you have though. There's only so many parts in there.

It`s good to give some intro so that we can get along together well after this hehe.

So, already properly sealed your window Mr.Analog? My previous car also got the same problem due to glass alignment which is sloped foward and backward during moving upward and downward. After retighten screws between glass and bracket, problem solved! Why not u check it out. Gud luck!
