Default Speedometer Problem

OK, I feel better seeing all of the other Accord owners on here. I have a 94' CD7, I love my car, hate the speedometer. It seems to be intermittent, some times it works, sometimes it doesn't, and when it doesn't it takes the odometer with it. I am not getting a check engine light, so I don't know if the speedo head is bad, or could it be a loose sensor connection? Anyone else had this issue?

sounds to me like your speedometer is bad. you'll probably need to get a new gauge cluster.

I was so hoping I wouldn't have to do that... oh well, good time for some white face gauges then.

replacing the gauge cluster is really easy. shouldn't take more than 20 minutes.
