Sounds vacuum related.

Anyone else want to chime in?

I was going to say the same thing. Have you done any work on your car recently that could have caused this problem?

first and foremost.....check coolant lvls...that will cause engine to idle irradically like that. check for vacuum leaks PRIOR to intake plenum......hope that helps. sometimes a vacuum leak in any of your throttle body hoses, especially coolant related, will cause that as well.

Have u checked your exhaust system?...i had that same deal on my h23. fualty O2 sensor. Exhaust system and coolant system are what pretty much tell the computer how much gas should be sprayed in to mix with the air. The O2 sensor could be getting wrong readings and telling the computer the wrong things.
